ADAS and calibration – what do they mean?
ADAS stands for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, which are suites of equipment designed to improve, adapt and automate the vehicle safety systems. The purpose of ADAS is to:
Warn – with lane departure assist
Support – with adaptive cruise control and road sign detection
Assist – with emergency (hard) braking and adaptive headlights
Calibration involves resetting the ADAS features to ensure they continue to perform properly.
Rain Repel – what is water repellent treatment?
Rain Repel involves applying a nano coating to the outer surface of the glass, and the nano coating repels dirt and improves visibility through the glass, which together contributes to better safety and convenience of driving in inclement weather.

My windshield is insured, can I have the damage repaired?
You need to claim for the damage by contacting your insurer by phone (at the customer centre number the insurer gives) or the insurer’s official website. When we receive a work order from the insurer, we take full custody over the CFM process. We then contact you immediately. We provide cash-free windshield repair or replacement, according to the conditions stated in your insurance policy.
Glass repair – is it possible?
We can repair any damage to the glass if:
It is no larger than a 20 cent euro coin
It is at least 10 cm away from the nearest edge of the glass
It is out of the driver’s field of view
For multiple small damage spots, individual verification of repair feasibility is required. The repair restores 95-100% of the original glass strength at the site of the damage, is less expensive than glass replacement and only takes 20 minutes, after which the vehicle is ready to use.
